Technical Account Manager – Hard FM Service Provider – London - up to 80k

Would you like to work for an established, stable building maintenance contractor?

Do you have experience managing multiple static contracts?

One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a multi-site Technical Account Manager to oversee nine key commercial properties in and around Central London.

They are seeking an individual who can provide first-class customer service, and who can organize, manage, and motivate their maintenance team.

The role involves reporting directly to the business unit director and managing a number of commercial buildings in the City and Central London. These sites include a mix of financial and blue-chip clients, all with permanent maintenance teams onsite.

Time will be spent at each location, with the option to work from their city-based head office when needed.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Main duties include:

• Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, leading to contract development and increased responsibilities.
• Maintaining and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the contract during internal monthly review meetings with senior management.
• Meeting contractual KPIs / SLAs.
• Attending strategic contractual and operational meetings with clients weekly or as required.
• Ensuring timely completion of reactive and PPM work orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Providing leadership and management to site teams as necessary.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Recognized apprenticeship and full electrical or mechanical qualification at a recognized level (e.g., C&G, HNC/HND).
• Proven experience managing multi-site businesses.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure, utilizing innovative solutions.
• Team player committed to working in a quality and professional environment.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
