Overview:

Our client, a leading provider in Buy-side and hedge fund technology, offers a cutting-edge cloud-deployed financial platform recognized for its versatility, stability, and trustworthiness in the industry. We are seeking a dynamic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to oversee client onboarding, connectivity setup projects, and nurture existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, collaborating closely with internal teams such as support and sales to deliver exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, demonstrating a proven track record in client management.
  • Effectively communicate technical requirements to clients.
  • Collaborate with traders and support teams to ensure clients are well-informed, acting as the primary point of contact for tier 1 clients.
  • Deliver both functional and technical success, actively participating in face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships, striving for excellence in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in trading systems, including OMS, EMS, and PMS.
  • Profound knowledge of Derivatives and Equity asset class workflows.
  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills are essential for this role.
