You will need be technically qualified and be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management position and be able to show extensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems (BMS)
You're a relationship builder with proven experience managing C-level stakeholders. Your financial acumen includes budget management and P&L responsibility. You excel at project management across multiple service streams and possess solid technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities technologies.
