Technical Support Analyst x 3 - All Levels - New (REFBJ25)

A high-profile organisation, recognized as a leader in its field, is seeking several Technical Support Analysts due to ongoing growth. Suitable candidates will have:

  • Strong experience in IT support
  • Professional, friendly approach with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Punctuality, good attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills
  • Network & firewall knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
  • Windows server administration experience
  • Knowledge of virtualization software and cloud services (Azure/AWS) is highly beneficial
