Job summary

bp is seeking a Staff Project Manager within the Technology Transformation, Analytics & Insights (TTAI) team. You will lead a key workstream spanning people, delivery, and engagement to support the transformation agenda across Technology, with a focus on workforce adaptation and capability building.

This one-year parental leave cover involves aligning stakeholders, designing change strategies, and guiding cross-functional teams through change and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technology delivery, digital or physical.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and partner management skills.
• Experience with transformation frameworks such as Disciplined Agile, SAFe, or similar is a plus.
• Experience working in matrixed, global environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Align team members and the wider Technology team around a shared change vision through skillful communications.
• Help teams adapt to changes in structures, processes, and tools.
• Prepare the organization to embrace new ways of working and assess the impact on our workforce.
• Develop change strategies and roadmaps that provide clarity and focus.
• Build engagement and trust to enable sustained adoption.
• Support change across large-scale transformations.
• Support the realization of business value and long-term success.
• Collaborate and engage with customers across technology, business and the TTAI to understand difficulties, solutions, and to champion the creation and use of change and engagement plans
• Partner with technology leadership to ensure that all initiatives work towards the overarching technology strategy and focus on enabling employees to thrive.
