Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter with a proven track record delivering technology, IT or specialist recruitment campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the technology talent market.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and building talent pipelines.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Committed to inclusive recruitment and fair hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment activity across technology vacancies from attraction to hire.
• Proactively identify talent and build talent pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates using sourcing channels and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
