Overview

Tech Support Specialist with a Linux focus. The client is seeking a Software Configuration Specialist to join their growing technical support function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring systems are correctly set up and perform reliably from the very beginning. You will be working behind the scenes to support seamless installations and help internal teams deliver consistently high service levels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building smart solutions, cares about accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative setting where ideas for improvement are welcome.

Responsibilities
  • Build on and manage system configurations that directly affect service quality and client satisfaction
  • Work with product and technical colleagues to understand requirements and translate them into working setups
  • Develop processes that are robust and repeatable to reduce errors and support improvements
  • Keep installations smooth and efficient while supporting colleagues across various teams
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and input on how to improve processes
