Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant in Cardiff to implement identity products across multiple delivery channels (XML, Web Services, hosted apps) and provide high‑level client consulting. You will work with Sales, Product, and Support to translate business challenges into practical, data‑driven solutions.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with experience in C#, Windows Server, SQL Server, and Web Services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Advanced-level consultative skills to collaborate and explore options and understand client needs.
• Working knowledge of C#, Windows Server, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Web Services and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services directly to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples with customers to advance implementation completion.
• Use data quality concepts to conduct in-depth analysis of customer pain points and determine root cause of issues.
• Collaborate with, engage and escalate to appropriate resources to resolve issues; own correspondence with the customer until resolved.
• Provide installation, implementation and configuration support, updating project plans as needed.
• Present and demonstrate products, translating technical terms for varied audiences.
• Provide 3rd level support for customers.
