Job summary
Partner Retail Services (PRS) and Samsung are seeking a Retail Assistant for the Samsung Experience Store at Trafford Centre. You will deliver inspirational customer service and showcase Samsung products, helping customers connect their lives with technology.
Hours: 12 hours per week (at least 3 days). Pay: Standard – £13.45 per hour, with a 20% bonus potential. Full training and career development opportunities are provided, along with discounts and wellbeing support.
Qualifications
- Must enjoy engaging with customers and delivering friendly service.
- Ability to explain Samsung products and services clearly.
- Comfort with a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with latest Samsung tech.
- Collaborative team player with good communication.
Responsibilities
- Customer Training: help customers understand and use Samsung products.
- Customer Service: represent Samsung with a welcoming, helpful attitude.
- Customer Sales: assist customers in finding the right products.
- L1 Device Repairs: perform basic device fixes.
- Store Standards: keep the store welcoming and well-organised.
- Health and Safety: follow safety procedures.
- Keeping Own Training Up to Date: stay informed on new products.
