Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as Recruitment Consultant
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
• Experience in collaboration with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) and a confident telephone manner

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create the ideal candidate profile
• Developing and refining an interview process that enhances assessment quality and candidate experience
• Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
• Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates
• Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
• Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
• Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
