Job summary

A leading tech sales company is seeking multilingual graduates to join their hybrid team in Bournemouth. As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for outreach, managing client relationships, and closing deals, all while benefiting from comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. Bournemouth, UK (Hybrid: 3 office days + 2 WFH)

OTE Year 1:

Up to £32,000 (base + bonus + commissions)

We work with brands like Adobe, SAP, HP, and Dell to provide scalable sales programs. We are looking for multilingual graduates or early-career professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct B2B inbound and outbound outreach to target prospects and book qualified discovery meetings.
  • Build rapport and nurture relationships with C-level prospects in the Dutch, German, Spanish, or Swedish regions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prospect new clients, identify their pain points, and qualify interest in SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals up to EUR 5,000, and hand over qualified opportunities to the Account Manager for larger deals.

Who You Are:
