Job summary

Miryco Consultants Ltd seeks a Head of Technology Risk in London to lead technology risk governance across the organisation. You will coordinate 2LOD assurance work and act as the main liaison for risk and controls between the 1LOD, 2LOD, and the business.

The role requires deep experience in technology risk within financial services, strong knowledge of frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL) and the ability to influence across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk and governance.
• Experience in or supporting a financial services technology department.
• Deep understanding of controls and metrics to manage technology risks.
• Up-to-date knowledge of market practice and industry standards (ISO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL).
• Ability to build strong relationships across the 3 lines of defence.

Responsibilities

• Bring together 2nd line assurance work with technology risk initiatives.
• Develop and strengthen technology risk frameworks and testing.
• Act as primary technology liaison about risk and controls between 1LOD/2LOD and the business.
