The role is hands-on and coordination-focused, owning administration of technology controls and enabling delivery teams to progress governance and risk-management activities on time and to standard.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Technology Risk, IT Controls, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) coordination or similar roles.
• Understanding of technology risk management, control testing, audit processes or issue management.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, tracking actions and coordinating updates across stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail in control documentation, evidence and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate technology risk and control activities across the business.
• Assist with quarterly control testing cycles, ensuring activities are tracked and completed on time.
• Maintain risk registers, control records, issues and action plans.
• Track outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders for progress.
• Support with collection of control-testing evidence for audits.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and remediation tracking.
• Maintain records in risk and control systems (IBM OpenPages where applicable).
• Produce management information and updates on testing, issues and overdue actions.
• Work with Risk & Controls to ensure governance processes are followed.
