Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Technology Risk & Control professional to support identification, assessment and management of technology risks and controls across the organisation. You will monitor vulnerabilities, track remediation, contribute to risk reporting and strengthen the control environment.

The role requires collaboration with delivery teams, stakeholders across geographies, and the ability to influence senior management while maintaining policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERMF, ORF and Control Frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Windows Server OS, MS SQL or Oracle databases, networks and storage.
• Collaborative mindset with experience supporting stakeholders and technical teams across geographies.
• Ability to influence senior management while ensuring policy compliance.

• Develop strategic direction for risk and implement up-to-date methodologies.
• Oversee risk department performance and priorities.
• Manage relationships with risk stakeholders and external services.
