Henderson Scott is seeking experienced Recruitment Professionals to join our high-performance GTM & Technology/Change/Data recruitment team. You will develop senior-level client relationships, source and network top candidates, and manage a growing portfolio in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Recruiter with a business development/hunter-oriented mindset.
• Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
• Candidate management, including sourcing and networking activities
• Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships.
