Job summary

Systems Limited in London is seeking an experienced HR Specialist - Recruitment to support hiring across Germany, Europe, and UKI. This onshore, hands-on role focuses on identifying, engaging and hiring technology, consulting and business professionals.

You will partner with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets while coordinating interviews and offers. German language proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required (C1 level)
• 2+ years IT/technical recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting in Germany and/or UK market
• Experience in IT services/technology recruitment environments
• Strong sourcing platforms experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Direct sourcing and headhunting experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and business roles across Germany, Europe and UKI.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent pipelines and proactively source candidates across multiple markets.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and offers with stakeholders.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to engage passive candidates.
