Job summary

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for Germany-based engineering roles, partner with clients on hiring strategies, and leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist in engineering.
• Understanding of engineering roles and terminology (e.g. mechanical, electrical, automotive).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles in Germany, from job intake to offer negotiation.
• Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring technical and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and CRM.
• Grow the engineering recruitment desk through business development and client acquisition.
