Kraken is seeking a results-driven recruiter to join our fast-growing crypto and fintech recruiting team. You will hire for product, engineering and growth roles, using AI to source, screen and map markets, and you’ll help shape a high-performance, async, remote-first hiring process.

You think from first principles, close exceptional talent without compromise, and champion Kraken’s mission and values across stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Tech recruitment experience in a fast-growing, high-bar tech/product business.
• Crypto/fintech or product-driven org experience is a plus.
• Fluent with AI in sourcing, screening, market mapping and reporting.

What you bring

• Recruitment experience from a reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product business against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org
• You think from first principles, not from the playbook. Hiring managers hand you symptoms - the diagnosis is your job.
• You use AI fluently in your day to day - sourcing, screening, market mapping, reporting - and can point to where it's changed your output
• High motor - you bring relentless energy and consistent effort to everything you do. You don’t coast, you’re always in motion and making things happen.
• Scrappyness - you do not see problems but opportunities
• Strong product sense
• Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics
• High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.
• Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting
• Interest for financial technologies and cryptocurrency
