Kraken is seeking experienced recruiters across multiple geographies to support Tech hiring globally. You will partner with senior stakeholders to craft and execute strategic hiring plans in a fast-paced, remote-native environment.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience from a reputable, fast-growing tech/product business with ruthless competition (crypto/fintech a plus).
• Think from first principles; diagnose from symptoms rather than rely on playbooks.
• Fluent AI use in sourcing, screening, mapping, reporting and optimization.
• High motor with relentless energy and consistent effort.
• Scrappiness: see opportunities, not problems.
• Strong product sense guiding talent decisions.
• Solid fundamentals of talent acquisition with curiosity for modern tactics.
• High agency, bias for action, and ability to close top talent without compromise.

Kraken is looking for experienced recruiters across a multitude of geographies, to support Tech hiring across our global business. We value speed, accuracy and a high bar and in turn you would join a team of high performing best in class individuals.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to craft and execute strategic hiring plans that crush timelines and attract mission-aligned top players, in a ruthless competitive market. You’ll operate in a fully remote, high agency, async-native culture where speed, precision and focus aren’t optional, - they are the baseline. The opportunity

• Partner with Hiring Managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions with an eye on market intelligence and industry developments

• Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, operating as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires. When a search stalls, the market is rarely the reason. You'll have the room to find what actually is and rebuild the plan without waiting for permission

• Work with AI as the default - you'll have the tools, and the room to figure out what actually makes the work faster and better

• Champion the Kraken culture, ensuring candidates are aligned to our mission and values

• Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate our global recruiting infrastructure and help define what “great” looks like at Kraken

What you bring

• Recruitment experience from a reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product business against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org

• You think from first principles, not from the playbook. Hiring managers hand you symptoms - the diagnosis is your job.

• You use AI fluently in your day to day - sourcing, screening, market mapping, reporting - and can point to where it's changed your output

• High motor - you bring relentless energy and consistent effort to everything you do. You don’t coast, you’re always in motion and making things happen.

• Scrappyness - you do not see problems but opportunities

• Strong product sense

• Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics

• High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.
