Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks an experienced Technology Project Manager (VP) to drive delivery across Fixed Income and Core Trading Technology. You will work with traders, engineers, and business stakeholders to guide projects through initiation, design, planning, execution, testing, and adoption.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and communication across global teams, with a hybrid working model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering technology projects in financial services.
• Current experience managing major technology projects/programs.
• Experience with Fixed Income products and complete trade lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with traders, stakeholders and delivery teams in agile/traditional environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and ensure responsible use of data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with scope, milestones and dependencies.
• Lead project governance forums and provide timely reporting on progress, risks and issues.
• Ensure clear communication between sponsors, leadership and delivery teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation per sponsor requirements.
• Agree resource needs with delivery leads and manage budget and forecasts.
• Keep up-to-date with PM practices and regulations across Deutsche Bank.
