Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support a major organisational change and business transformation effort in a regulated engineering environment. You will coordinate governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement to keep the programme on track.

You will work under the Management of Change Lead, ensuring change activities are planned, tracked and communicated, with a focus on timely delivery and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator/PMO/Change Coordinator role.
• Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and governance records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Desirable: experience in engineering/regulated industries; MoC knowledge; degree in Business/PM.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of organisational change and transition activities.
• Coordinate Management of Change (MoC) documentation, governance and programme controls.
• Maintain change registers, action trackers, risk registers and decision logs.
• Track organisational change impacts, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops and engagement activities.
• Prepare governance packs, reports, presentations and programme updates.
• Monitor progress against project milestones, escalating risks, issues and delays where appropriate.
• Liaise with project teams, business functions and operational stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Support readiness assessments and implementation planning for organisational changes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management processes, reporting and governance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance requirements and health and safety standards.
