• Some previous PR experience, preferably in business to business and technology; intern level considered.
• Interest in developing a career in the technology sector.
• Enthusiastic attitude and an open mind.
• Ability to work at pace and deliver consistently high-quality work.
• Understanding of what is happening in the media and across social media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the news agenda across established and emerging social media and identify opportunities for clients.
• Build relationships with journalists, pitch stories and respond to media requests.
• Sell in news, research, commentary, case studies and interview opportunities.
• Work with internal and external social and AI tools to track industry trends and develop insights reports.
• Collaborate with the team to develop thought leadership, events and other campaigns.
• Support new business activities and internal programmes.
