Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Advanced Delivery team in the Finance & Projects group. You will design and deliver technology-enabled legal solutions for major clients, working with multidisciplinary teams across banking, funds, pensions, regulation and project finance.

The role suits a commercially minded candidate with 4–6 PQE, qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, or another jurisdiction.

Qualifications

4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, regulatory or project law.
Qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, or another jurisdiction.
Commercially minded with a focus on innovative legal delivery.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technology-enabled legal solutions for major clients.
Support large, cross-disciplinary projects across finance, regulatory and projects work.
Collaborate with lawyers, technologists and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
Identify opportunities to improve legal delivery through innovation and data.
Contribute to business development through client proposals and solution design.
Take ownership of project elements with direct client interaction.
