Job summary

Industrious Recruitment Limited in Milton Keynes is hiring a Tech Operator to run high-speed production lines at Magna Park. You will join a hands-on team in a fast-paced environment, performing setup, operation, routine maintenance and quality checks. GCSE Maths and English are required; a proactive attitude, reliability and teamwork are essential.

Shifts are continental, 3 on 3 off, with day and night options. Pay starts at £13.60–£14.60 per hour, rising to £17.16 after four weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment.
• Experience in machine operation, lubrication and cleaning maintenance would be beneficial.
• GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications, are required.
• A high level of motivation and the ability to learn quickly.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Shift Pattern

• Continental shifts: Rotating day and night shifts
• 3 on, 3 off
• Day shifts: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Night shifts: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Job Description

As a Tech Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team operating high-speed Tetra, canning and PET production lines. You will also be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, quality checks and hygiene inspections.

This is a fast-paced and varied role offering the opportunity to work with an extensive range of products, ensuring that no two days are the same!
