Job summary

Square One Resources Limited is looking for a Project Manager to lead two strategic technology initiatives: platform modernisation and enterprise‑wide design system transformation. You will drive delivery across technology, engineering, architecture, product and design, ensuring governed planning and coordination between technical and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance and experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, Jira/Confluence or MS Project.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex technology, digital transformation or platform modernisation projects from planning through to implementation and transition.
Strong project management & governance including integrated planning, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependency mapping and senior-level reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across engineering, architecture, product, design and business functions.
Practical experience with Agile/Lean delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, competing priorities and forecasts within a complex technology environment.
Proactive, delivery-focused approach with ability to resolve blockers and maintain momentum across interdependent projects.

Responsibilities

Own and manage delivery across two concurrent technology projects with clear planning and governance.
Coordinate technology modernisation activities including service/platform replacements, AWS EKS migration and Snowflake data warehouse migration.
Oversee design system transformation with component consolidation and product migrations across engineering, product and design teams.
Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and cross-team dependencies; escalate blockers early and provide practical recommendations.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, monitor progress and communicate delivery confidence and trade-offs.
Coordinate testing, release planning, operational readiness and adoption activities for smooth transitions.
