Job summary

TR Plus is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join a global business on a 6+ month fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom, starting in October or November.

You will typically have 1–3 years' PQE and have trained at a leading law firm or within a large in-house legal team, with strong corporate and M&A experience. Experience in technology or product development teams would be advantageous.
