MBM Commercial LLP is a market-leading law firm with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, specialising in corporate transactions including M&A and cross-border matters. We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join our Corporate team, offering exposure to high-quality work and direct client contact from an early stage.

Formación

• Experience in corporate law and transactional practice.
• Ability to build relationships with founders, investors and clients.
• Willingness to contribute to business development and broader ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Work on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, equity rounds, shareholder agreements, restructurings.
• Advise founders, investors and companies at various growth stages with direct client contact.
• Collaborate within a team and support progression within the Corporate Group.
