Job summary

Annapurna is seeking a Developer Team Lead to blend hands-on software development with technical leadership in London. You’ll guide a team delivering scalable Microsoft stack solutions for investment management clients, while shaping architecture and ensuring best practices across the full software lifecycle.

You’ll lead, mentor and develop developers, manage priorities and engage with high-profile clients in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a strong academic background.
• Strong software development and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with C#, ADO.NET and ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
• Understanding of SOLID development principles.
• Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support other developers.
• Willingness to learn about financial markets.
• Determined, flexible and collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional client environment.
