Job summary

hedgehog lab is seeking a principal-level engineer to lead engineering on a high-volume online marketplace undergoing a major multi-year technology transformation. You will shape cloud, architecture, data, auth, front-end and APIs across AWS, TypeScript, JavaScript and Python, with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CDK, while keeping delivery moving.

This is a demanding, fast-paced engagement where you'll contribute hands-on, set engineering standards and influence technical change.

Qualifications

• Principal-level breadth across cloud, architecture, data, auth, front-end and APIs.
• Track record building service-based platforms in AWS, with infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering on a high-volume online marketplace during a major transformation.
• Set technical direction across AWS migration and the TypeScript/JavaScript/Python stack.
• Hands-on engineering leadership across cloud, architecture, data, auth, front-end and APIs.
