Job summary

Log My Care is seeking a Tech Lead for our Care Management product squad in London. You will set technical direction, unblock delivery, and coach engineers to build high-quality, scalable features that improve daily experiences for care teams.

You will lead a product-led squad, collaborate with PMs and designers, and apply AI/ML-enabled approaches to solve real problems in a growing SaaS environment. This role is office-based, with Wednesdays & Fridays in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience with React, Node, MongoDB and TypeScript.
• Hands-on tech lead experience with people management.
• Experience leading SaaS products, ideally B2B, with scale-up context.
• Track record delivering product-led squads with PMs and designers.
• Experience shipping AI or ML-enabled features to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead development for the Care Management product squad and set architectural direction.
• Unblock delivery, define standards, and guide priorities.
• Coach engineers to ship high-quality work and improve performance.
• Own end-to-end quality, testing, monitoring, and releases.
• Line-manage 3–5 engineers and mentor them.
