About the Role

We're looking for an experienced (or step-up!) Tech Lead to run a small, high-performing team of engineers building products that deliver real business and customer value.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you'll combine software engineering expertise with coaching, technical decision‑making and delivery leadership. You'll help your team move quickly, build with confidence and take ownership of the products they create.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 software engineers from our Manchester office

• A strong software engineering background with experience delivering production systems
• Previous experience leading engineers or small delivery teams
• Practical AWS and cloud‑native architecture experience
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and modern engineering practices
• Experience working within Agile product teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using AI tools to enhance software delivery and engineering workflows
