You will provide commercial and contractual support across the full lifecycle of technology-led infrastructure projects, including NEC3/NEC4 contract management, risk handling and stakeholder negotiations.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Law or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4.
• Experience managing Compensation Events, Early Warnings and NEC payment mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Client contract review, negotiation and administration.
• Manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts and related notices.
• Risk management and reporting.
• Subcontract procurement, negotiation and administration.
• Change management and preparation of quotations.
• Client payment applications and supplier/subcontractor assessments.
• Contractual notices and commercial communications.
• Resolve contractual and commercial issues.
