Job summary

The successful candidate will translate complex questions into clear, actionable recommendations for senior political audiences, and build influential relationships with tech, government and geopolitics

Qualifications

• Experience in technology policy, innovation or international political economy.
• Ability to translate complex technological and geopolitical questions into clear recommendations.
• UK work authorization at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support substantial policy projects examining how middle powers can build technological capability and influence.
• Produce outstanding written policy work for senior political audiences, translating complex questions into persuasive arguments.
• Develop practical policy proposals reflecting different economic strengths and geopolitical relationships.
• Provide policy advice and briefing to senior leaders within TBI and support advisory teams globally.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across technology, innovation, government and geopolitics.
• Collaborate across TBI with policy and advisory teams to translate research into in-country guidance.
