Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

1. ServiceNow Development: Responsible for delivering complex technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring the outcomes meet business needs.
2. ServiceNow Platform Support: Handle operational activities including incident resolution, version upgrades, housekeeping, and proactive maintenance.
3. Peer Checking: Review colleagues' deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and confirm completion criteria.
5. Team Planning and Review: Participate in DevOps ceremonies such as sprint planning, demos, and reviews, providing valuable input.

Essential Experience:

1. Experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform, especially core ITSM and ITOM modules, with a record of designing and delivering technical solutions.
2. Knowledge of integrating external platforms/data into ServiceNow following best practices.
3. Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
4. Preferably experienced with ServiceNow modules like HR, SecOps, CMDB, or Virtual Agent.
5. Proficient with ServiceNow Catalog Builder and Flow Designer.
6. Experience working in a DevOps environment with related processes and controls.
7. Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
