Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team. This high-profile role will focus on how the business invests in its products, technology and AI, delivering insight into investment value.

You’ll partner R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions; build product-level P&Ls and unit economics; track delivery and spend against roadmap and investment cases; create business cases for new R&D, AI and infrastructure investment, and review

Qualifications

4+ years in FP&A or business partnering, ideally supporting tech or product teams.
Strong Excel and modelling skills, incl. P&L builds, cost allocation and scenario analysis.
Confident communicator who can challenge senior non-finance stakeholders.
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part qualified.

Responsibilities

Partner R&D, Product and IT leadership on spend, forecasts and investment decisions.
Build and own product-level P&Ls and unit economics.
Track R&D delivery and spend against roadmap and investment cases.
Create business cases for new R&D, AI and infra investment, and review outcomes.
Analyse hosting and infrastructure costs and maintain cost models.
Build dashboards and reporting for leadership on spend visibility.
