• Proven 360 recruitment capability with billing track record.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with ownership of desk.

Responsibilities

• Run a 360 recruitment desk in Technology & Engineering.
• Identify and win new business in specialist sector.
• Build lasting client relationships and source engineering/IT talent.
• Mentor junior consultants as the team grows.
• Represent Tank at industry events and online.
