Qualifications

• This role would suit a Graduate or Trainee who is prepared to work hard and pursue a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage your own recruitment business from scratch, including lead generation and candidate selection.
• Work closely with directors and senior management to progress professionally.
