Client Server Limited in Cardiff is seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Technical Recruiter to join a high-performing, tech-aligned team. The role offers a base up to £32k plus uncapped commission and strong earning potential with clear progression paths.

You will own the full recruitment cycle, source technologists, and develop long-term client relationships while meeting KPIs. Training and incentives accompany a comprehensive package including share options and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector).

• Strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles.
• Manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating commission as you contribute to business development).
• Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams).
• Meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service.
