Job summary

PwC in London is seeking a Senior Manager for S&MA & Operations advisory to help clients maximise value from technology-enabled transactions, covering pre-deal value creation, due diligence, synergy review, carve-outs, and 100-day planning. You will work on platform investment, tech debt, design and roadmap alignment, and integration planning.

Candidates should have experience in software platforms within a software/tech-enabled business, with strong product/PM/BA backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Broad product/PM understanding with software development concepts.
• Experience in agile environments and roadmaps.
• Track record of shaping technology product strategy and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Assess platform investment and tech debt from pre-deal to post-close.
• Ensure platform design supports planned business growth and scope.
• Evaluate uptime, availability, and cost to serve implications.
• Develop and review integration and 100-day transition plans.
