Castle Trust Bank in Basingstoke is hiring a Delivery Specialist to join the Technology team on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). The role blends project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder engagement to drive transformation initiatives across Savings, Property, Retail Finance and Shared Services.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and third‑party partners to deliver technology projects that improve customer outcomes and business performance, with

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery, business analysis, or change management within a technology focused operation.
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI or data‑led initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings or stakeholder discussions.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana or similar.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technology and business change initiatives from concept through to implementation.
• Assist with project planning, milestone tracking and management of risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, technology teams and external suppliers.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting, Steering Groups and project reviews.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
• Explore emerging technologies including Data, Generative AI and SaaS platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, data analytics and AI‑driven solutions.
