Job summary

Bruin is seeking a Technology Underwriter to join its Cyber & Tech team within a leading London Market platform. This role focuses on underwriting Technology and Cyber risks for multinational and SME clients, with a broad product suite including PI, Cyber, Property, EL & GL.

You will manage renewals, develop broker relationships, and contribute to product development on a growth-focused platform with opportunity to build market profile. Collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit are valued.

Qualifications

• Solid underwriting or broking experience in Technology and Cyber.
• Strong technical knowledge of the class.
• Established relationships across the Technology broker market.
• Experience with multinational placements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• New and renewal underwriting of Technology and Cyber risks using a technical rating model.
• Managing your own renewal book in line with appetite and targets.
• Developing and owning Technology broker relationships and pipelines.
• Broker and customer engagement, identifying needs and shaping solutions.
• Input into new product development and refinement of the existing suite.
• Ongoing competitor and market analysis, shared across the team.
• Identifying new distribution and Delegated Authority/Coverholder opportunities.
• Promoting the business and its Technology offering in the wider market.
