St. James's Place is hiring a Senior Audit Manager – Technology & Change to lead complex audits across technology, cyber security and change initiatives within Internal Audit. You will provide independent assurance on major transformation programs and engage senior stakeholders to strengthen audit capabilities.

You will shape audit processes, mentor teams, and drive data analytics and innovative techniques to support the business in delivering change in a regulated financial services environment.

Formación

• Experience in change assurance and transformation risk within Internal Audit, Risk, or change/transformation environments.
• Ability to lead complex audits and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering assurance over technology-enabled change and transformation projects.
• Proven people leadership or mentoring experience.
• Experience in Financial Services or a regulated industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and carry out complex audits across Technology, Cyber Security, IT Operations and Change.
• Provide specialist audit knowledge and independent assurance on major technology and transformation projects.
• Plan and deliver audit fieldwork with detailed testing and evidence review.
• Produce clear audit reports and present findings to stakeholders with practical actions.
• Build relationships with Technology, Cyber Security and Change teams.
• Monitor agreed actions and validate closures.
• Lead and support colleagues and co-source specialists during audits.
• Contribute to the technology-focused audit plan using data analytics and automation.
• Develop the Division's cyber audit capability through coaching and training.
• Maintain proficiency in technology, cyber security and evolving risks.
• Develop external networks to identify emerging risks and methodologies.
