• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Vendor management experience (Vendor vetting, RFP and bid response, performance management, handover).
• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems and capacity planning.
• Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings.
• Strong knowledge of the architectural design process (schematic design, design development, construction documents).
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate across Real Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate IT, Corporate Security and partner teams to design and deliver technical solutions for capital build outs.
• Ensure new sites launch with secure and reliable ISP connectivity, network infrastructure, and low voltage systems.
• Deliver Capital Builds commitments across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Ensure AV systems deliver a consistent and dependable user experience across rooms and venues.
• Integrate access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection with enterprise security requirements.
• Provide leadership with visibility into portfolio status, decisions, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish standards, drawings, specifications, and documentation for repeatable execution and operational consistency.
• Oversee procurement, budgets, and vendor investments across the Capital Builds portfolio.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to protect outcomes and business continuity.
• Commission all systems and transition to support teams with clear ownership.
