Job summary

Invenio Global is seeking an Associate to join its Technology Regulatory practice in London. The role involves advising leading tech and digital businesses on evolving regulatory issues at the intersection of technology and regulation.

You will work on matters spanning EU/UK regimes such as the EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act and UK Online Safety Act, engaging with clients and regulators alike.

Qualifications

• Strong tech regulatory background.
• Experience advising on technology, AI or online safety regulation.
• Experience with UK and/or EU regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Ability to provide clear, commercially focused and practical advice.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and taking ownership of matters.
• Interest in developing a specialist practice within the rapidly evolving technology regulatory space.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act and UK Online Safety Act.
• Handle content moderation and digital platform regulation matters.
• Advise on technology-related regulatory investigations and enforcement.
• Engage with regulatory bodies including Ofcom and the European Commission.
• Assess AI-related regulatory risk, compliance and investigations.
• Navigate regulation across multiple jurisdictions and implement requirements.
