Job summary

Brandon James Ltd in London is seeking a Regulatory Associate to join its market-leading Regulatory team. You will advise clients on technology and product regulation, support product launches, regulatory compliance and investigations.

The role involves AI, connected devices, software, robotics and emerging technologies, with UK and international regulatory frameworks. You will gain high levels of client exposure, responsibility and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Regulatory Law.
• Strong knowledge of technology and product regulation.
• Experience advising on regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
• Experience liaising with regulators and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management ability.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on UK and international product regulatory matters.
• Support product launches and compliance programmes.
• Advise on Artificial Intelligence, connected devices and emerging technologies.
• Draft compliance policies, governance frameworks and internal procedures.
• Manage regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
• Advise on product recalls and regulatory risk management.
• Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders.
