Ambition is seeking a senior leader to head an established technology-focused accounting and advisory practice in the UK. The role offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to influence strategy and growth.

You will manage a substantial portfolio, act as a trusted adviser to founders and investors, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes while expanding services and geographic reach.

Qualificações

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Significant experience in accountancy practice
• Experience with entrepreneurial, high-growth businesses
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Commercially minded with growth focus
• Clear route to senior leadership and partnership

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a substantial portfolio of technology clients.
• Act as a trusted adviser to founders, investors and high-growth businesses.
• Support the growth of an established revenue practice.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive client retention, referrals and new business opportunities.
• Help shape the future direction of the firm.
