PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED, on behalf of a leading professional services firm, is seeking an Audit Partner with deep FinTech expertise to join its London team. You will lead high-impact audits, shape the FinTech practice and nurture key client relationships in a fast-evolving sector.

The role requires ACA/ACCA with RI, significant FinTech and financial services audit experience, and a proven track record in business development and leadership.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with RI status.
• Significant FinTech and financial services audit experience.
• Strong understanding of high-growth, tech-enabled businesses.
• Proven leadership of complex audits and senior client relationships.
• Track record in business development and practice growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships across FinTech audit clients.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the sector.
• Drive business development and growth of the FinTech practice.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across Audit, Tax, Advisory and Deals teams.
• Mentor and develop teams and future leaders.
