Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced PLM Contractor to support a large-scale Digital Transformation programme. The role focuses on Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture (TCUA) installed on-premise for 1,000+ users, covering installation, configuration, customisation and administration.

You will develop automation with PowerShell and Python, migrate data from legacy PLM systems, and integrate Teamcenter with Oracle ERP, while ensuring HA, security and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring, customising and supporting Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture (TCUA) and Active Workspace.
• BMIDE configuration and development.
• ITK programming and customisation.
• Data loading and migration mechanisms: IPS/PLMXML.
• Integrations between Teamcenter and Oracle ERP.
• Teamcenter installation, deployment, configuration and administration.
• PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.
• Experience in security-conscious or hardened IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Teamcenter TC UA across versions 12/13+ on Windows.
• Support HA and load-balanced environments.
• Configure SSO and authentication mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for environment management.
• Customize Teamcenter UI and Active Workspace configurations.
• Migrate data from legacy PLM systems into Teamcenter.
• Integrate Teamcenter with Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Support data transformation and migrations using IPS/PLMXML/Python.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
