Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Work with challenging learners, providing differentiated support and encouragement to meet their specific needs.
2. Support communication and language development, providing 1:1 and small group support to enhance children's communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
3. Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for each child.
4. Maintain accurate records and progress reports to inform ongoing planning and assessment.
5. Assist with personal care tasks, providing appropriate support as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK schools, preferably with KS1 students.
• Level 2 or 3 Childcare or Teaching and Learning Qualifications.
• Team Teach or Positive Handling Training.
• Full and clear DBS check (can be provided if needed).
