About the Team Teach SEMH Teaching Assistant:

1. Building secure relationships with children & young people
2. Understanding of the specific needs of the children especially those with trauma
3. Support pupils with social and emotional needs
4. Working 1:1 with the pupil

About You:

1. Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
2. Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
3. Previous experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity
4. Desirable experience: Care work, working in a PRU, SEMH experience
